good bye my sweet!

So far my time in Hong Kong has consisted of a few magazine jobs, a few castings, lots of going out and that's about it. I arrived just a few days before Chinese new year. My agency was closed for the whole week. The clothing factories were closed for even longer, so there was absolutely nothing going on work wise. So, whats a girl to do when there is no work in sight? Apparently if you model, even if there is work in sight, that answer is party, party party. At home I rarely go out. But here in Hong Kong if you want to have some semblance of a social life you have to go out.
There is always some reason to celebrate, it's always someone's last night in town, someone's birthday or some random holiday. There are more than a few down sides to this crazy parting, the creepy guys, the hang overs ect. However Chinese new year is over and I'm gradually improving on the excuses that I'm coming up with to avoid going out every night. One has to perfect the art of balance.
Of course tonight there is also a reason to celebrate/go out. Tonight is my roommates last night. I don't really feel like going out but I'll rough it for her. She took me under her wing when I first came here, introduced me to everyone and has been really sweet. So, no excuses for me tonight.
