I'm in love, if I could wear nothing for the next two months but this collection from Shakuhachi's spring/summer 2010/11 collection, I would be in complete bliss.

Doin' it Seattle style...
I've been home for about a month now. It's always interesting coming home. I've found there is even more
of a culture shock coming home than from traveling. You expect things to be really different when you
travel, what you don't expect is to come home and have everything be different, not because everyone or
everything else has changed, but you have and therefore nothing is the same.

Shanghai
I haven't posted anything for about a month because I've been in China and all blogs are blocked! :( However I'm SUPER happy to report that I'm back home. Here are a few pics from my time in Shanghai.

FAE
On another note, I'm offically not letting anyone come close to my hair with scissors until I get back in the states. I left the hair salon last week looking like Justin Beibers clone. It was mildly funny but mostly embarrassing. I decided I just don't care, slicked it back and stuck a bow on it. Suprisingly it wasn't that bad and it looks fresh and clean for spring. Now going out to buy many giant bows to fix all my hair troubles. ;)

Listen
Earlier today I had a random play list on itunes going, randomly skipping through my whole library. I forgot how much I love Lauryn Hill. I wish she was still making music. Anyway, I decided to make a play list of some of my favorite songs. Some are new, some are older but they're all amazing.

perfection.
I'm having day dreams of the perfect blazer. On my way to starbucks I passed a small shop with an amazing light pink blazer in the window. I've been steering away from blazers, with my short hair I think it could end up looking a bit too boyish. However, a light pink or nude blazer seems the perfect answer to my dilemma. Plus I'm a sucker for anything and everything pink. Now if I could only find one in my budget.
The one pictured here is from Zara, it's slightly more over sized than I would like but I'm still loving it. Perfect for spring.

hey boy
I really wish that I knew about this girl when she was still doing shows and making music. A friend told me about her and a few of her songs have been non stop on my play list for like the last year. It's from 2007, but still...she's great and super funny.

no such things as love
I forgot to post this when it came out a few weeks ago. A music video I did when I was in LA for a few months. The artist is Bleu and the video was directed by David J Dowling who is also a really great photographer. The concept for the song is that there is no such thing as love, so there are all these beautiful girls staring lovingly into the camera but then you realize it's just for the camera.
Anywho, here is the video:
Veggie Buns
I made a new blog. It'll include anything and everything about food. Things I eat, things I learn and things I love.
I hope everyone enjoys it! xo
Happy Easter
These are from a weekly magazine I did while in Hong Kong. Still waiting on two more, however these are pretty fitting for the easter holiday. :) Happy Easter everyone! xoxo
